Pembridge Rascalion is out of an NTR mare Mrs Orley, bred by Mr Rees of Kimbolton.,who bred Pointers and National Hunt horses. As a potential eventer he went to Andrea Verdina, who had started Pembridge Minstrel's eventing career. A late developer, Rascalion had been given time to mature. Sold to Judy Mortura, he remained with Andrea, continuing his education, with his owner. Riding Club events, group rides, cross country and dressage. In 2002 Andrea started his eventing career, coming 14th at Mattingley in his first intro. Sadly things took a turn for his owner and due to rider injury and family tragedy Rascalion's career went on hold. Fortunately all is well with Judy again and she is once more back in the plate enjoying her dressage and jumping.
An event rider is sought for 2005 for this talented horse that has shown so much promise. His owner will continue to compete him at dressage, but is seeking a rider for eventing in 2005, based in or near Alton Hants.
