Victor embodies the Pembridge concept of selectively breeding tough sound competition horses to go out and compete across the disciplines. He started his career in eventing,but Eric Wooley felt that with his outstanding and careful jump he would make a top flight showjumper. He was therefore moved to Corrine Collins las t summer and the rest is History! This february he went with Corrine to Europe to jump on the circuit and has gone from Garde C to Grade A while away on the tour! He returns To the UK for a brief break in April 2008 and then returns to France.
His dam Pembridge Verity is also the dam of Pembridge Vital , Pembridge Veracity Pembridge Vaguely Hendre Pembridge Vicon and Pembridge Vitality Verity herself is out of Tarantella the top ranked BHD showjumping dam.Vorock, verities Sire is a Russian Trakhener.Vorock is competing at Prix St George To combine this breeding on the dam side with Shipley Diamond has brought key TB bloodlines in.Victor originally produced to event was sent by his owner Rosanna Benstead -Smith to Eric Woolley.Impressed with his talent and his carefulness at showjumping Eric recommended that he be tried also BSJA Partnered by Corine Collins Victor has never looked back having had National success with Corine. Victor is currently jumping in Italy (Feb 2008) Only a few days after his arrival he and his rider notched up an impressive win.
