Shipley Diamond has proved to be a great asset to the breeding programme. When Minstrel Star returned to Europe he was brought in as his replacement, primarily to cover Stunner Rascal's fillies. He is a compact TB with a scopy jump and good movement. His first foal, now 4,  Pembridge Gazelle, out of the home bred TB mare Pembridge Valentine (Stunner Rascal, Kings Cottage ex Balliol) exceeded our expectations. The combination of Shipley Diamond on Stunner's stock has started a new dynasty of potential perfomance horses. Shipley Diamond is consistently throwing quality foals, He stamps his conformation, movement, jump and temperament. He is also throwing foals with that special,' look at me' and coupled with their lovely natures and natural humour they are stars in the making. His Sire Irish Diamond, unraced himself, is the son of Paddy's Boy out of Christal Runner ex Clear Run ex Blue Peter. Paddy's Boy is by  St Paddy the dual Derby winner. His dam Shipley Gazelle by Runnymeade ex Petition is an own sister to six other progeny,  two being winners, out of Shipley Stream. Irish Diamond is the sire of the Advanced Eventer  Diamond Pedler (HT 468 DR 104) and four other Advanced Eventers including Little Elleston and King of Hearts. Shipley Diamond went to stud at 9 after many seasons as a hunter.
